Length: Measure from the highest point of the shoulder to the bottom hem.

Width: Lay the shirt flat and measure across the chest from armpit to armpit.

Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape level.

Garment measurements can vary slightly during manufacturing.
