Orders & Shipping
How long will it take to get my order?
Every Grym Tee is made to order.
Most orders take approximately 2–5 business days to produce, plus shipping time.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
If your order ships in multiple packages, you may receive more than one tracking number.
Can't find the email? Check spam first.
Still nothing? [Contact Us].
Why did only part of my order show up?
Don't panic. We didn't forget half your stuff.
Some products may be produced or shipped separately, so a single order can occasionally arrive in multiple packages.

Can I change or cancel my order after I place it?
Maybe—but move fast.
Because our products are made to order, changes or cancellations may only be possible before production begins.

The machinery does not understand “Wait! Never mind!”
Crap. I entered the wrong shipping address. What now?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we may still be able to correct it.
Once it's on the road, our options become much more limited.

Tracking says “Delivered,” but I don't have it. Now what?
First, check around your property, with household members, neighbors, front desks, mailrooms, and the carrier.
Packages sometimes end up in locations that qualify as side quests.

Size & Fit
How do Grym Tees shirts fit?
Most of our standard tees use a soft, lightweight, unisex regular fit designed for comfortable everyday wear.
Not skin-tight.
Not an oversized tent.
Use the Size Chart on the individual product page for exact garment measurements.

Do I need to size up because apparently sizes mean nothing anymore?
For most people, start with your normal unisex T-shirt size.
If you prefer a looser fit, consider going up one size.
If you're between sizes—or no longer trust the letters S, M, L, and XL to represent objective reality—check the product's Size Chart and compare it with a shirt you already own.

What if I order the wrong size?
Because every Grym Tee is made specifically for your order, we generally can't offer automatic returns or exchanges when the wrong size or color was selected.
If we send you the wrong size, that's different.

The Shirts
Are these decent shirts or cheap promotional tees?
We're not interested in making shirts that feel like something fired out of a T-shirt cannon at a company picnic.
Most of our standard tees use a soft, lightweight, pre-shrunk garment designed for comfortable everyday wear.
Solid-color versions are generally 100% combed and ring-spun cotton, while some heather colors use cotton/polyester blends.

Are Grym Tees made to order?
Yep.
Your product is produced after you place your order.
That lets us offer more designs and options without filling a warehouse with thousands of shirts nobody asked for.
The tradeoff is a short production period before your order ships.
How are the designs printed?
Our designs are professionally printed using production methods appropriate for the garment and artwork.
Rather than mass-producing thousands of identical shirts in advance, your product is created specifically for your order.
That lets us keep experimenting, keep creating, and avoid warehouses full of bad decisions.
Care & Feeding of Your Grym Tee
Can I just wash the damn thing normally?
Pretty much.
For the longest life:
- Wash inside out
- Machine wash cold
- Use a gentle cycle
- Use mild detergent
- Skip the fabric softener
- Tumble dry low or hang dry
- Don't iron directly over the artwork
- Don't dry clean
Excessive heat is still the mortal enemy of cotton and common sense.
Returns & When Shit Happens.
What if my shirt arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or just plain wrong?
That's on us.
[Contact Us] within 30 days of receiving your order and include:
- Your order number
- A description of the problem
- Clear photos showing the issue
We'll review it and determine the appropriate replacement or refund.
Don't send anything back until you contact us first.

What is your return and exchange policy?
Because Grym Tees products are made to order, returns work differently than they do at a traditional retail store.
Problems caused by damage, defects, misprints, or incorrect items are handled differently from ordering the wrong size, choosing the wrong color, or changing your mind.
